DAY-10/11 HASSI MESSAOUD, 9TH JUNE'09 22.52HRS

8th and 9th June'09 was very hectic since had been to Algiers on 8th morning visited there one paint manufacturer and our paint sub-contractor to get the feel and expedite the paint delivery as our painting work is getting delayed at Hassi Messaoud base and in all these the whole day has gone. Returned to the hotel-took shower and came down to take a stroll on the street as nothing much was there so came back to the hotel took dinner and went to sleep since its already midnight.
Today-9th June'09 in morning had been to US embassy for my non immigrant visa and finally I got it after that went to Blida 50kms away from Algiers to inspect Diesel tanks which are getting manufactured at our vendors facility.Came back directly from Vendors facility to office in Algiers and immediately to hotel at 03.30pm took my brief lunch, checked out of hotel and rushed to airport for coming back to Hassi Messaoud. So, finally I am back and now writing this post at my ease.
I remember following quote by~MARK THORNTON

"Our hectic schedules are crammed with crises, to-do lists, issues marked urgent and overflowing in trays... Far away from everyday events, at your core, lies a place of quiet, calm, serenity, and stillness... Feeling connected to life and your core can be an everyday and effortless activity."

How, why, when and where we have to carry out meditation. Lot of pundits has suggested their theories but what I feel that doing a " SAVAASAN " for 10 to 15 minutes before going to sleep on the bed will definitely help in a great way and relaxes your mind as well as soul. It provides a good deep sleep within minutes provided its done in A proper way. I know its really very difficult to take out time during the days, may be day time suits to somebody but normally what I have observed most of the people feel good to carry out this "Aasan" just before going to sleep.

Also, reading book like "THE MONK WHO SOLD HIS FERRARI" by Robin S. Sharma gives a lot of inner thought to improve our mental condition.

Well I am not here to give any lecture but I have shared my personal feeling.

Let me know guys how and what you feel regarding Meditation.

Time to take a deep sleep after Savaasan.....:)

A very good night.........:)

DAY-009 HASSI MESSAOUD, ALGERIA, 7TH JUNE'09 2352HRS

Today's day went as usual..reviewed our planned and actual production and found that we are ahead of the planned production so, that was one solace. Its my third consecutive year when I was not along with my wife for celebrating Anniversary.Only wishes exchanged on phone but today made a resolution that from now onwards we will not miss any anniversary.
Fine... tomorrow morning have to go to Algiers for some official work and my flight is there at 6 in the morning and will be back at base on 9th June'09 evening.

I was going through the development analysis of state Bihar and found that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has done a marvellous job and brought Bihar on the path of development and thanks to the technology and his initiative that he is accessible on the click of a mouse.

Bigb I am really a big fan and admirer of you but sorry to say that I didn't kept patience and lifted these few pictures from your blogsite as these pictures were originally clicked by you while shooting for "PAA" yesterday at your shooting studio~Let me too share this with the netizens~

Now time to go to bed as tomorrow will be a hectic day.

Good night.........:)
