DAY-50, THAKUR VILLAGE, KANDIVLI(EAST), MUMBAI, 18TH JULY' 09 22.32 HRS

Life, frustration and peace of mind

Woke up with a migraine, tried naturopathy to cure it but all effort went into vain. Intermittently it was raining outside..filled with laziness, settled on a couch, switched on TV to get a first hand news of outer world...essence of freshly brewed coffee giving me soothing relaxation.

I came across lot of thoughts when people think that they are not satisfied with their present state of life, every day of their life seems walking on a tight rope...how to get a peace of mind...what is the vulnerability??? Why its obscure to understand the right desire. Why sometimes life seems Obnoxious??? Why this disgruntlement????

When you are confronted with people who are rude, abusive etc. think of them as your guides pushing you off a miserable path onto a path of your own making. Let them walk the tightrope of the fear, anger and monotony without you. Your wish is command, your days are numbered, It is your life. Dream on and move on.

This may lead you to a peaceful life and you have not to worry about the whims of 10 odd individuals.

With lots of love and regards,

Manoj Kumar Ojha
