DAY-63, HASSI MESSAOUD, ALGERIA, 28TH AUG' 09, 20.44 HRS

We are approaching to the end of yet another month it seems just we have started this year and how fast we are nearing 3 quarter of an year. Still mercury zooming to 43 to 44 deg Celsius. Combating the heat of Sahara desert, air conditioner units are honking in our wooden abode in process to keep cool.

Abundance of Oil and Gas reserve is available in the womb of Sahara desert. All the large companies tapping these reserve and mainly final product of Oil and Gas transmitted through pipelines to European countries.

We are working on a project which is called Gas compression project normally it is done to enhance the productivity of the natural gas. Project seems smaller but its a juggernaut's task to complete it. It involves minute details of engineering co-ordination to the procurement of material to construction co-ordination and execution of project required a complete teamwork same as any other project it may be any infrastructure or a building or a bridge or a Cinema the quantum of co-ordination required to achieve feat is tremendous.

The only draw back in the execution of oil and gas projects in remote areas is that ti makes your life aloof and there is no social life. You, your work and your thoughts and no other interference.
We learn more from our most difficult experiences. The mistakes made and the suffering endured once for all one come to realize that pain is a teacher and failure is the highway to success.

Like most people. I have encountered my own share of pain as I have advanced along the path of life. But I always remind myself that our character is shaped, not through life's easiest experiences but during life's toughest ones. It is during life's most trying times that we discover who we really are and the fullness of the strength that lies within us.

Time to hit to the bed...

With lots of love...
