Safety index of any projects govern that how it follows the HSE norms and in what better way its interspersed in the employees.
It has been found that in all the projects HSE requirements are forced by the HSE advisers and employees doesn't try to understand the consequences if any thing goes wrong if they don't follow the correct safety practices.My understanding is that if all the line managers and supervisors follow the golden safety rules then it is possible to avoid any untoward incidents.
And wherever it is followed and people makes the safety paramount that projects succeeds. Normally in the gulf HSE practices followed strictly in Oil and Gas industries but sorry to state
that still it has to come up to the international standard in India exception some large Petrochemical and Oil and Gas industries.
